New Rewards Program

The Travelodge Canada Guest Rewards Program is joining over 6,000 hotels, resorts and extended-stay locations across 14 hotel brands worldwide in one of the world’s largest hotel guest loyalty programs* – Wyndham Rewards.

All Travelodge Canada Guest Rewards members automatically became Wyndham Rewards members, unless they chose to opt out prior to October 31, 2012.

Wyndham is based in the United States so your information was transferred out of Canada to Wyndham for further handling unless you chose to opt out (prior to October 31, 2012). This was done to preserve your ability to use points previously earned as we believe you would wish to do so. If you chose to opt out (prior to October 31, 2012), your participation in the Travelodge Canada Guest Rewards program will be terminated on or about November 19, 2012 as permitted in the Rules and Regulations accepted by you at the time of enrollment and you will not be enrolled in Wyndham Rewards.

2 If you did not sign up by updating your profile information, Travelodge Canada will transfer your Guest Rewards points to a new Wyndham Rewards account at a one-for-one ratio on or about November 19, 2012, provided that we have sufficient information to create a Wyndham Rewards account for you including a valid name, mailing address, and phone number. If you wish to find out whether we have sufficient information on file for you so that your points may be transferred, you may call 1-866-419-8220 to inquire and provide any required further information in order to be able to have your points transferred to Wyndham Rewards as described in this notification.

If you did not opt-out of the program conversion prior to Wednesday, October 31, 2012, your point balance and all personal information on file will be transferred to Wyndham Rewards for the purposes of administering participation in the Wyndham Rewards program. Please see the complete Wyndham Rewards privacy policy. Members can terminate their membership in the Wyndham Rewards program at any time.
