Turning the key to greener hotels.
Many of our Travelodge Canada hotels are proud to take significant steps towards protecting the environment—by participating in the Hotel Association of Canada’s Green Key Program.
The Green Key Program
Implemented by The Hotel Association of Canada, the Green Key Program designates a 1–5 Key Rating on the commitment of hotels, motels and resorts to improving their fiscal and environmental performance. Our participating Travelodge & Thriftlodge hotels are dedicated to making and sustaining Green Key improvements.
Our efforts target energy conservation, water conservation and indoor air quality in both hotel operations and at the guest level, including in-room recycling and less-frequent linen changes for long-term stays. Together with our guests, we can unlock the possibilities for a greener hotel and a healthier planet.
